I found:
ilrun program --toolkit=Xsharp
However, I'm getting a DllNotFoundException.
I exported (in bash) LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/X11R6/bin [where I have
confirmed libX11.dll to reside]; I'm unsure of what to do next, be
it ilrun being particularly stubborn, or if I'm not seeing the
obvious solution.
