[DotGNU]Outstanding CD issues

Hi all!

I downloaded the DotGNU 0.1 CD draft4 earlier today and played with it to see 
what needed fixing.  A few broken links, which I've dealt with, but there are 
some things I can't deal with just yet.  I'm appending a list.

In some cases (e.g. Windows packages), it may be that they are available, but 
just not in the CD staging area on Norbert's machine yet.  So, if you are 
responsible for any of these, please post a link so we can grab them.

We're *very* close, and the CD is looking fantastic!  Hopefully we can nail 
the final issues in the meeting tonight.
