[DotGNU]Preliminary pnetlib resource kit - take 1

I've uploaded a preliminary version of the pnetlib resource kit for German and 
Catalan to my Web site:

Unpack, ./configure, make, and make install, as usual to install it over the 
top of an existing pnet installation.  The resources are in Latin1, and are 
automatically converted to UTF-8 by the build process.

If we can get Spanish, French, etc in the next 2-3 days, then they should make 
it into the DotGNU 0.1 release.  Any other languages that people wish to 
contribute will also be welcome.

A quick way to test if the resources are being picked up is to install them, 
set your LANG environment variable to de_DE, ca_ES, etc, and then run the
"except.exe" example under "pnetlib/samples".  If all goes well, you should 
see the two exception messages get translated.

Eventually, the resources will be committed to the pnetlib CVS server, 
negating the need for separate resource kits.
