I think that the topic is relevant to DotGNU's mission, even though
I don't think that it would be wise for the DotGNU project to take
up this burden in addition to the tasks that we have already decided
to tackle.  The scope of the DotGNU project is ambitious enough
already as it is.

If you can find some existing projects which work in this area, it
may be worthwhile to discuss possible cooperation with them.
