Sorry Ian - Missed this for some reason.
What version of SWIG are you using???
However, you don't need perl support at all for dotGnu - so configure with
--without-perl and you'll be singing.
You are using goldwater from the savannah project page (or the dgee savannah
page aren't you? The nfluid site has not been updated with the latest
version yet as it's still in "testing" - hehe
