Input Output \ C: C:\stuff\morestuff C: \\somewhere\there\foo \\somewhere\thereThe latter for windows drive sharing stuff. The question is, on unix systems this function should alwayse return '/' correct?? Or should it return the physical device, i.e. /dev/hda0 like the windows functions do?
