[DotGNU]Status of Reflection.Emit

Hi All,
        I just recieved a message from a langauge developer ... (a toy
language of course ...) the essence of which was "is it possible to
write a compiler for this for IL ?"

My reply was "yes" .. But I am looking at doing it in C# , as the
language is purely XML based and allows me to use the DOM like an
AST .

So my question here is "Is Reflection.Emit working ?" .. If it is
not , what should be done to fix it ? .
