s/System/DotGNU if a similar namespace exists in ECMA :-)
Since we are following "DotGNU" and not "dotgnu" , keep it the same please
(should I change dotgnu.xml to DotGNU.Xml for conformity ?)
Also DLL names ? dgbase.dll ? (or dotgnu.base.dll ?)
/me remembers it being discussed in pnet-meet , but does not remember the
final choice ....
