I'm adding it as dotgnu-doc/dotgnu-csharp-standards.txt in libxml# CVS
today itself , to enable everyone to edit it.
Also I'm attempting to use the dotgn-doc/ directory as a scratch-pad for
unofficial DotGNU documents until we have a DotGNU Documentation project.
Or should we use the dotgnu (source) CVS for that ?
I'd rather give away CVS commit access to libxmlsharp ... ;-)
