All I gotta say is, "Jabber, baby... Jabber". That should be my response to everything now. "Adam, could you watch Damian (my nephew) while I go out to the store for an hour?" My response: "Jabber...".
Anyways, I would imagine Jabber could easily be the glue that links these two systems together in real time through the use of Jabber's Transports.
