Please try compiling the following code in cscc please

I found the results to be a bit -naive- :)
(not that it matters much for me)

>> newarr ['mscorlib']'System'.'Byte'

Get what I mean ?.
This optimisation is currently reduced to a sed script in my box ,
but I would like this into the cscc someday.......
