I was speaking about using Jabber as protocol layer for Pnet
communication . We have a System.Uri and System.Net.HttpWeb* classes.
So why not a set of DotGNU.Jabber classes ......
Pnet has no need for jabber in the bytecode arena --- it is just
that Pnet would need Jabber support for DotGNU Integration. After
all this is not about just a VM/Compiler hash up .... it's an
integrated .NET replacement (and we need all the peices).

Would a C# jabber client look nice ?. Of course we *need* it to
work with other DotGNU stuff -- like VRS or SEE or ........ which
use Jabber (jabber:iq:rpc) stuff for *instant* communication.

Got that from his mail -- he's currently helping Ingo Rammer & Team
on dotnetremoting.cc (IIRC Ingo is a Mono developer ;) to write a
jabberchannel for remoting (SOAP).
