        Who said so !. I think the developers mailing list for all ideas .
The seperate mailing list comes when it starts having code..... But 
wait a minute SEE has code !.

        Also I think the SEE/DEE is a concept that sets DotGNU apart . 

        But daniel's point about [DIGEST] mode is a valid point.
