I'm not able to pull anything directly applicable to what we
are doing from these documents.
Remember, what we are trying to do here is represent data in
a way that most web pages expect it not encode it into a
URI.

What would be useful is to demonstrate why the proposal
doesn't correspond to the way most(or even a large number
of) web forms want data and suggest how you think they want
it. Please be specific.
