[Dolibarr-user] Refused access

Hi,

1. As an admin, on a user section, I upload a file.
2. As the user, I click on "Attached file". It displays I've an attached
file.
3. I click to open/download the file. I get:
"Accès refusé.
Vous essayez d'accéder à une page, région ou fonctionalité d'un module
désactivé, ou sans être dans une session authentifiée, ou avec un
utilisateur non autorisé.

Identifiant courant: xxx
Les permissions pour cet identifiant peuvent être attribuées par
l'administrateur Dolibarr via le menu Accueil -> Utilisateurs."

I use Dolibarr 4.0.4. An idea of what happens? I had experienced it with
3.6, but not now. An idea?
