oops ... en ce qui concerne le référencement du produit vous aurez corrigé
en :
SELECT count(distinct f.fk_soc)
FROM llx_facture f, llx_facturedet d
WHERE f.rowid = d.fk_facture
and d.fk_product = num du produit;
mais l'idée y était ........
