I am a little surprised: 95% of the people on this list are french. Wouldn't it
be reasonable to make live easier to this majority? And have the remaining 5%
to deal with Google translate?
For those who speak neither french nor english, there wouldn't even be any
difference, which makes the 95% move up to, say, 97% of people who are better
off, or at least equal, with french.
WTF?
