Summary:	Lastname not added by file or direct input in mass e-mailing
Description:	When I try to add a recipient to an emailing via the file or direct input field, their last name is not saved and not shown in the recipients list. I attached a patch, and briefly tested it, including testing unsubscription link in the mail.
