Details:

Si on créé un nouveau tiers, qu'une erreur de validation se produit,
au lieu de revenir au formulaire, on as une erreur SQL.
Il cherche à charger la fiche en cours ( qui n'existe pas, car on est en
création de fiche ).

pour reproduire : nouveau prospect ou nouveau client,
saisir un nom et une adresse mail invalide (ex: AAA)
puis créer tiers
