Follow-up Comment #2:

Yes that depends of the point of view . 
For me : "mes actions incomplètes" in the left menu means "Actions
affectées à" =me and not the 2 other items "Actions enregistrées par" and
"Actions réalisées par" because this does not correspond to the demand . 
If they are done, they are not incomplete and the one recorded by me are not
specialy for me.
I could be the manager and tell peaple what to do, and do not care during a
while.
So I stay on my position...
