Details:

Teh Taxes in germany are 7% for the food and 19% for the others goods.
it was 16% but since 2007 it is 19%.

in French:
en Allemagne on a  une TVA à 7% pour l alimentaire et 1% pour le reste. c
était 16% mais depuis 2007 cest passé à 19%.
