I doubt this will happen in the shape of CDT parser support given the amount of
work needed and the diminishing amount of expertise that would be required to
review proposed changes. Otherwise, an alternative would be to use Clangd which
I believe has support for Objective-C. CDT already has a feature to integrate
Clangd. A more specific bug could be created if there is anything missing in
the Clangd integration.
