David,

I tried by running make install in /usr/ports/x11/gnustep-app. But using the package worked fine. Shouldn't both methods give the same resuit?

Thanks anyway,

Hi,

How are you trying to install?  pkg ins gnustep-app ought to work.  Or are you building packages yourself using Poudriere?

I  installed from /usr/ports/x11/gnustep-app. During the make  I get the message that htmlxref.cnf doesn't seem to exist in /usr/ports/distfiles/texinfo/6.5. Then  there are some attempts to fetch the file, but they all fail with the message: size mismatch, expected 20137, actual 20076.
