Windows Installers 3.8.0.0 BETA starting problems

Hi,
This could be a trivial issue, but I am reporting out of curiosity.
I am using gnuradio 3.8.0.0 on Windows 10. Whenever, I start GRC I am receiving following warning, on terminal output:
WARNING:gnurado.grc.core.platform:slow YAML loading(libyaml not available). Some times it does take some time more than earlier versions.
