I think you misunderstood what I was saying. The problem with Mozilla
owning the trademark was not the ownership itself, but that Mozilla has
a policy that forbids selling unaltered copies. Now, the Rust
Foundation owns the trademark, and their trademark policy does not have
such a restriction.
