Not everyone wants to use the Libera IRC network.

Donald Robertson said that #fsd@hackint was created for recruitment.

Adding a channel about the FSD on hackint back to the Friday IRC Meeting
section of <https://directory.fsf.org/wiki/Main_Page> would allow for
both recruitment as well as provide a discussion venue for those that
do not want to use Libera.

It would be unfortunate to lose discussion about and contributions to
the FSD because no alternative to Libera is mentioned on
<https://directory.fsf.org/wiki/Main_Page>.
