You don't have to merge FSD with Wikipedia or DBPedia... All you have to do is
map the current FSD properties (such as "author", "license", "category", ...)
to some vocabulary, and dump everything into an RDF file. That's all. The only
difficult part is the mapping of all properties into a meaningful vocabulary.
