It doesn't make sense to me. We don't judge whether a program is
truly useful or not. Anyway, different users might judge a program
differently in regard to its utility.
"Counter-productive" judges a program in practical terms. If we are
talking about an _ethical_ point then we should describe it in
_ethical_ terms.
