[directory-discuss] psyced, psyclpc directory updates

I neither want to sign up for directory.fsf.org wiki nor sbscribe
to this mailing list, so please keep me in CC.

The entry at https://directory.fsf.org/wiki/Psyced is outdated.

After 2006 a number of releases happened, the last tarball of
psyced and psyclpc is in 2016, with a git checkout also
available.

If someone with directory access would be so kind to update them
this would be highly appreciated.
