This is not a reasonable condition when deciding whether or not a
browser can be listed in the directory. It is OK if a browser will
download and run JavaScript when a person visits a site that has
javascript.

We need to decide if browsers that recommend non-free add-ons via an
add-on manager should be allowed in the directory. The idea of a
checkbox to alert people to the issue that it could make it easy to
install nonfree software might make sense.
