I started https://directory.fsf.org/wiki/Searx

AFAIK this is the only stable meta search engine based on 100% free software designed for anonymous web search. It is used by numerous of domains listed at https://github.com/asciimoo/searx/wiki/Searx-instances

searx.me uses Searx for example.


Now, this is a big step in the right direction when it comes to the future of search engines, making them meta. This project was inspired by Seeks.
