[Directory-discuss] accented chars in names

Hi Vincent,

I finally made some of the updates to
http://directory.fsf.org/wiki/MPFR.  (Your report went to an area I
didn't know about until recently.)

The remaining issue you noted is with the accented letters in the
developer names.  I don't know how to do that in the Directory :(.

Andrew or Josh, help?
On the "Person Info" edit form at

Lefevre should actually be Lef\`evre (egrave)
and Theveny be Th\'eveny (eacute).
