[Denemo-devel] The Print History of a score

I've added a command to show the history of printing for the current
score. It shows the layout that was printed and when and the version of
the score, or if the score doesn't have a version set the edit time.
This is useful for a couple of situations - sometimes a score will have
some minor tweaks made but no fresh print out. Later you may want to
know if the print-out you have incorporates the last tweaks, and so the
Print History will tell you that. It is also useful if you are looking
for the print out for a score, but are not sure if you did in fact
print it. The print history is only saved if you have saved the score -
normally before you print, but it can be after.

The last time I checked the Gtk print system didn't work on Windows, so
this feature won't be any use there :(
