I just found it myself, bar 54. What I did was use Staffs->Delete from
cursor
to chop the score in half from bar 46 or so, and then I Ctrl-Z'd until
it stopped typesetting.
It'd be good to automate this binary chop thing.
I already emailed the LilyPond list about that silent crash on tremoloed
rests - I thought I added something in the command to prevent you
creating one - did you upgrade?
