I'm working on getting a score ready to be printed for publication. I have some page layout questions.
1. Can I manipulate the starting page number of scores? I have several movements of a piece as separate denemo files. Each one represents different page numbers of the finished booklet of music. If I could start at the appropriate number, that could make my page numbers accurate.
And a corollary to that question is this one: Can I move the page number to the bottom center?
2. Can I specify a different right and left margin for right and left pages to account for the additional space a gutter takes up?
