Oh! I should have anticipated that in your case you have already run the
Print Accompanists Score and have, no doubt, saved to disk and just
re-loaded. So you already have a custom layout which you should delete
before re-creating it as above. Always be happy to press Delete on the
layouts in the Score Layout window and start over creating your custom
version, they aren't precious.
