Follow-up Comment #1, bug #47244 (project denemo):

I've just tested the latest denemo binary

http://denemo.org/~jjbenham/gub/uploads/denemo-0.0.0-0.linux-x86.tar.xz

and that worked properly.

Can you check if the file 

/home/william/Downloads/denemo-2.0.2/usr/bin/glib-compile-schemas

does actually exist? (use the command

ls -l /home/william/Downloads/denemo-2.0.2/usr/bin/glib-compile-schemas

to list it (from a terminal, which you can launch from the Accessories menu on
some distros).

In fact, it seems to be claiming that you have no executable program there at
all 

ls -l  /home/william/Downloads/denemo-2.0.2/usr/bin/denemo

should list the Denemo executable itself. If you post the output of those
commands that would help debug your problem.
