Follow-up Comment #3:

It looks to me like this link:

libglib-2.0.0.dylib -> Denemo.app/Contents/Resources/lib/libglib-2.0.dylib 

will fail because it has nothing before Denemo.app, I would think it should be
../../../../Denemo.app/.....
so as to be self-contained.

There is a clue as to why this may have worked for Jeremiah when he built it,
namely the system seems happy to fall back to another version installed in
/usr/local/lib but this fails on your machine as it is not a compatible
version.

I hope this will help Jeremiah get a fix sorted out.
