Details:

When inserting notes via MIDI keyboard, if you're not at the last measure, the
cursor advances to the next measure even if the the current measure is nearly
empty.

The bug can be reproduced as follows:
* create a new score (File > New)
* create a few empty measures by pressing n
* go to the first measure (Pos1)
* insert a (quarter) note via MIDI keyboard
  after insertion, the cursor advances to the next measure, although the
current measure is still 3/4 unfilled.
