Hmm, I did

patch -p1 <update_aubio.diff

and the pitchrecog.c patched fine but all the hunks in sourceaudio.c
failed. The sourceaudio.c file hasn't been changed recently so I can't
understand why that should be so.
Could you send the actual sourceaudio.c that you have?
