In fact - just for reference - the scheme needed for this is

(d-AddKeybinding "InsertOneNote" "PrsL-CapsLock")

where I have added the proviso that you must have the caps lock down
(PrsL is for Press Left button).

I have started making some pre-canned sets of key/mouse bindings that
folk can use, hence my question.
