[Denemo-devel] 0.9.2 release fix

The fix for thumbnailing that I put into git should probably go into the
release as it can be quite annoying. If you can merge master into
stable-0.9.2 we can give it a bit more testing and then release.
I take it there is no hope of a windows build Nils? And is there
anything going on with the real time playback work?
