Further observations of RC2:

**No Move cursor an octave up command?  Couldn't find it in menus.

***Where are the non-printing rest commands?  These are essential.

**********Hmmm... I can't sharpen.  I can flatten with -, but = and + and +
on the numeric keypad do nothing.  Manage Command Set shows Sharpen bound to
'plus' but when I try to Find it does not find it--tried with num lock on/off,
both plus keys, caps lock off.  Bizarrely, when I go to Add plus as a
shortcut, it shows 
Add
Shift+equal
plus
'Add' is from the numberic keypad, 'Shift+equal' is when I try to use the '+'
that is on the same key as '=' on my keyboard (and most american keyboards).

Minor things:
Sometimes with the mouse I put the cursor on the right side of the score
area, where everything is grey.  Probably should be black, if its a valid spot
for the cursor, as it apparently is.

Zooming in works really nicely, except that it's a bit irregular as far as
whether it displays all the way to the right or not.  Sometimes I see the
staff chopped off on the right side, and sometimes it goes clear to the right
edge of the view window.
