Details:
Start with a blank score.
Set initial time signature to 3/4 and enter three quarter notes.
Next measure set time sig to 4/4 and enter some quarters.
Now, cursor back and forth between measures 2 and 1.
You'll see that going from 2 to 1, for an instant Denemo thinks that measure
2 is in 4/4. It'll give space at the end of bar 1 to enter a 4th quarter.
Normal Denemo behaviour is to not do that.
This is observed in 0.8.16 windows RC1.
