Richard, it's fairly straightforward. I enable midi note entry, press
a key on the midi keyboard, and it gives me 2 notes, one for the
press, and another when i release the key.
Gentoo 64bit 2.6.31-r12 RT, no xconf as i'm using udev, midi keyboard
is usb, fluxbox WM.
