Details:

In the pic attached, is a simple score with semibreves.

When playback reaches the last notes (end of bar 4), they don't end in tempo,
in fact they don't seem to get a note off message at all. I'm required to use
the panic button to stop notes sounding.

This is repeatable for each instance of playback.
