Details:

Under "Measures" there are several commands to add repeats and bar lines. 

Additionally there is a sub-menu "Repeats" which features Open, Close,
Close/Reopen as well and additionally "1st Time", "2st  Time" and "Close
Second Time Bar".

So some commands are only available in the main "Measures" menu, some only in
the sub-menu and some in both. The redundant repeats differ in behaviour: Only
the commands in the sub-menu can be used to work with "1st Time"/"2nd Time",
the "normal" repeats don't work and the printout is broken.


Task: Remove/Merge redundant commands.

Additional Feature Request:
Two times is common but "N times" is needed sometimes, too.
