Follow-up Comment #1, bug #29167 (project denemo):
I haven't investigated, but I think this may be that essentially you are
loading an old file, which retains an old tagline. I may be wrong.
We could do with preventing this tagline appearing unless it has been set, as
it can be annoying especially to those who don't want to spend time figuring
out how to change it.
