Details:

Add small buttons in front of each staff which are always visible/do not
scroll away.

Use them for things like Mute/Unmute, Toggle Printing/Nonprinting, Hide
(https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/index.php?29178) or select a Group from a small
dropdown menu (https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/index.php?29179)
