[Denemo-devel] Playing back selected intervals of the music

The next tranche of playback controls is now in git. Very crude display
of start and end times, which you set with

(d-SetPlaybackInterval time1 time2)

e.g. (d-SetPlaybackInterval 3.0 6.0)
plays from seconds 3 to 6
while (d-SetPlaybackInterval #t 8.0)
extends the time to 8 seconds
